Cancelation Policy

To ensure that every client gets my full and undivided attention I only have a relatively small number of slots available each week.

I am working from several different locations, depending on the convenience of my clients, so I need to book and pay for my therapy rooms in advance.

My aim to ensure that all my available slots are filled. So, to help me to operate in an efficient and effective manner, your booking is subject to a rigid 24-hour cancellation / re-arrangement policy.

If I do not receive a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation or re-arrangement, I reserve the right to charge for the appointment in full.  If the appointment is not pre-paid, I will raise an invoice and email it accordingly.

I will endeavour to avoid charging by filling the slot with another client but if I am unable to do so I will charge for the session in full.
